Initially, it focuses on helping users search through emails. However, Google plans to extend its functionality to allow users to find information from their Google Drive in future updates. Note that the feature is currently available only in English.
Availability and Rollout
The feature will gradually roll out to Google Workspace customers using Gemini Business, Enterprise, Education, Education Premium, and Google One AI Premium plans. The rollout began on October 3, 2024, and will take up to 15 days for full visibility.
