Job Descriptions
- Responsible for pre-sales, sales, and after-sales technical support work in the corresponding region to support the regional performance achievement
- Responsible for online and offline product demonstration and empowerment training; responsible for internal staff technical
- Responsible for tracking, analyzing, debugging, and solving regional product problems to improve customer satisfaction
- Responsible for improving the department’s knowledgebase, writing technical documents, videos, and so on;
- Assist product testing, and improve product performance;
- Responsible for travel in the region, and independently completing the travel tasks;
- Responsible for after-sales maintenance services in the region, to assist in the completion of faulty instrument maintenance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in surveying and mapping, geomatics, remote sensing, navigation, machinery, agricultural machinery and other related majors;
- Years of technical support experience, familiar with surveying and mapping geographic information industry, precision agriculture industry or agricultural machinery industry related technology and products, independent product demonstration and training experience;
- Possess a driver’s license with good driving skills;
- Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
