Job Descriptions
(A) Information collection:
- Collect the order, arrival, and inventory of goods resources of the main domestic agents, and competitors in Vietnam, and do a good job of information feedback;
- Search for all kinds of socio-economic information related to business in the region;
- Search for domestic OEM products suitable for export information
(B) sales plan development:
- According to the department’s overall sales targets and plans, formulate the product sales plan for the region and break down the sales targets;
- Predict the market demand for enterprise products in the region, revise the sales plan, and report to the competent leader for review;
- According to the region’s annual goals develop the region’s quarterly and monthly sales plan and collection plan.
(C) Market activities management:
- Responsible for the construction, maintenance, and control of the market network in the region;
- Organize and implement the regional market promotion program, advertising strategy, and brand enhancement program;
- Responsible for the preparation of the exhibition, customer reception in the exhibition, and follow-up work after the exhibition.
(D) Market development:
- The implementation of the department’s marketing strategy, in the maintenance of the existing market business, organization, planning the development of new markets in the region;
- Responsible for business negotiations in the region, the organization signed a sales contract, and sales agreement;
- According to the content and implementation of the sales contract, sales agreement, timely implementation of the recovery of loans;
- According to the company’s requirements, find suitable foreign buyers;
- Collecting exhibition customer information and establishing business contacts quickly;
- Search for suitable overseas customers through new media and other channels.
(E) Customer management:
- Organize regular return visits to customers in the region under your jurisdiction to understand and promptly solve the relevant problems raised by customers;
- Timely and effective handling of customer complaints, to ensure customer satisfaction with the company’s products and services.
Requirements
- With VEI or other related cream enterprises, baking ingredients sales enterprise work experience
- Fluent in Vietnamese, fluent in spoken English
