- HR Part:
- Responsible for coordinating and implementing the human resource management system and company management system of the Vietnam branch;
- Responsible for the recruitment and configuration of the Vietnam branch company;
- Responsible for the talent echelon construction of the company, and formulated and implemented the talent reserve mechanism;
- Implement the salary calculation, welfare, and performance appraisal module;
- Properly handle employee relations;
- Implement and improve the corporate culture and training system. competence for a post-collaboration with the infra team to handle system incident
2. Admin Part:
- Entry and exit procedures and visa processing for all foreigners (business visa and work visa);
- Participated in the company’s administrative management system, improved and refined the office management system and business process;
- Responsible for the procurement and use plan designation of office supplies and cleaning supplies, goods acquisition management, and asset management;
- Responsible for filing, sorting, classifying, numbering, and registering all kinds of administrative documents;
- Factory security and security management to ensure the safety of factory materials in and out;
- Handle staff dormitory, canteen, vehicles, greening, and other related administrative matters;
- Arrange and manage the reception of government leaders at all levels and headquarters leaders;
- Other matters arranged by the leaders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, more than 5 years of HR overall planning work and administration experience;
- Vietnamese nationality, fluent Chinese communication, and excellent English skills;
- Have good professional ethics, excellent communication skills, logical thinking, and teamwork ability;
- Familiar with Vietnam labor law and other manpower policies, and able to independently carry out manpower management of the Vietnamese company.
