Job Descriptions

  • Handle customer service requests through various channels such as phone calls, voice services, email, social networks, or other means.
  • Solve customer problems by posting on e-commerce platforms, responding to comments, or sending messages.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer requests.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.
  • Manage customer complaints and provide solutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience.

Requirements

  • College graduate in the field of Science, Engineering, or Technology.
  • Language Skills: work in Vietnamese and basic English
  • Experience: Some experience in customer service is an advantage but not required.
  • Good communication skills.

Benefits

  • Total income: 23,000,000 – 28,000,000 VND/month
  • Basic salary: 3800 – 4200 RM per month
  • Housing allowance: RM 200 per month
  • KPI: up to 20% – 2-year labor contract.
